How to build with OpenZeppelin Governor. OpenZeppelin recently released the Governor contracts, a spiritual successor to Compound’s GovernorAlpha -- the de facto protocol governance on-chain. OpenZeppelin Governor is a modular set of contracts that enable the easy creation of a customizable governance system that can be tailored to any project’s requirements.
