This video provides a detailed description of the core element of the graphical programming tool X2C, the X2C block.
It is shown how an X2C block is inserted into the graphical control scheme model and how it is parameterized. Furthermore, this advanced video shows what is running in the background to allow the user the easy handling. The structure of the conversion function for the mask parameters and the C-code implementation of the functionality of the X2C block are described briefly. At the end a short demonstration with a "LaunchPad" from Texas Instruments shows how easily model parameters can be changed online via the block mask and how comfortable the signals can be visualized with the help of the X2C-Scope. As a frontend Scilab/Xcos is used in this video.
