Introduction to Component Properties and Nested Instances

This video gives a brief introduction to component properties and nested instances. Components are a foundational part of designing in Figma and things can get really messy and complicated when trying to manage all of them at once. Utilizing component properties and nested instances allows the user to affect various properties from the highest level instead of having to click into each specific component layer. The video walks through setting up variants, the boolean property, the text property, and exposing nested instances in the example of making buttons.
