Sensors are pieces of hardware that record data about the world, this data is then input into the computer electronically. The computer can then check the values that have been input and do something depending on what they are. Two example sensors are temperature and light. In this module we will explore how to use the sensors on the micro:bit as inputs and use this data in our programs. Want more from Arm Education?
