In this session, Addison defines the core concepts, shows examples, and highlights how companies that follow internationalization best practices can deliver a culturally relevant product in the customer’s language simply, reliably, and without costly re-engineering. *BIO* Addison Phillips is the chair of the W3C Internationalization Working Group and an active participant in the creation of internationalization standards such as Unicode.
