The IPE portable graphics editor can be downloaded on https://ipe.otfried.org/ . This tool was made in 1993 and is mainly used for preparing vector graphics for scientific papers and to prepare presentations. There are many interesting advanced options which we did not delve into this time like view, pages, stylesheets, and ipelets.
