Outline of the Lecture:
1. We will learn about basics and applications of heat transfer
2. Next, we will classify heat transfer in different modes and discuss governing laws
3. Different types of convective heat transfer and its occurrences over flat plate and circular duct will be discussed
4. Non-dimensional numbers used in this course will be discussed along with physical significance
