In this video, I will show how to construct a stem and leaf diagram for discrete datasets to organize and visualize numerical values simultaneously. We will practice splitting data into "stems" representing leading digits and "leaves" for the final digits, ensuring all values are listed in ascending order. This technique is excellent for maintaining the original data points while clearly identifying the shape and spread of the distribution.
