The pattern you're going to learn today is an inverted juggle. So think of a circle when you're doing the "offset backspin". Think of a straight line when you're doing a "chase", and think of the number 8 when you're doing an inverted "juggle". So the number 8 are two circles together but in the center in of the number they cross and they invert. So it's like the circles are mirroring each other. That's an inverted "juggle". I call them #invertedjugglesequences.
