Steps For Repair
1. Clean area with flux and solder.
2. Take new filter from iPhone 4 logic board using flux and low melt solder.
3. Position new filter on iPhone 4S.
4. Clean area with isopropyl alcohol.
5. Test for continuity with a multimeter.
6. Test with a screen to make sure it is working.
