IRC with Hexchat - Introduction Tutorial

This is a basic introduction to connecting to IRC (Internet Relay Chat) with Hexchat. Hexchat is available on Windows and Linux, perhaps even Mac. If you wish to keep your identity more private I suggest on Linux using anonsurf. This is available on Parrot Security OS and has also been ported for Kali as kali-anonsurf available on github.
