So, what are your thoughts on running? If someone were to tell me this 8 years ago, I would have argued with them. I loved running! I loved the thrill of it, the great workout it gives, and especially the change of scenery. It wasn't until I had a knee injury (runners knee but worse) that I second guessed it. Sudies have shown that those who hit the pavement have more tissue and bone damage than those who hit the gym! no condemnation here as always, this is just food for thought and I hope it helps!
