Is TryHackMe Using Your Data to Power AI?

A recent video from @TylerRamsbey prompted me to look into some of TryHackMe's new AI-powered features, including how (and what) data they collect when you interact with the platform. I noticed that many users had questions (and concerns) about these changes, so this is my attempt at a purely informational walkthrough and discovery.
