I made this well designed valve controlled steam engine from Bengs Modellbau kit, running on compressed air. The maximum working pressure is 30 PSI when the lights are on. Higher speed due to higher pressure will burn out the led bulbs. The engine is able to run on live steam too, but unfortunately I do not have a boiler to test it. (For the time being.)
