Isometric neck rotation helps strengthen the muscles that control turning the head and improve cervical stability. In this exercise, you’ll hold for 10 seconds in neutral and at the end ranges to build strength, control, and tolerance in rotational positions. This is a useful way to strengthen the neck in a pain-free range of motion and improve movement control without excessive motion.
