SLM is the process responsible for negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring that they are met. It is responsible for ensuring that all IT Service Management (ITSM) Processes, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Underpinning Contracts (UCs), are appropriate for the agreed Service Level Targets. It monitors and reports on Service Levels, and holding regular Customer reviews.
