Iudicium

Iudicium was written because I have been subjected to repeated legal action, scrutiny, and pressure for conduct that does not amount to any criminal offence. I have been prosecuted for non‑crimes, treated as if I were guilty without evidence, and even sent to prison for an offence I did not commit. Living through that has completely destroyed my confidence in the justice system — in the police who investigate, the prosecutors who pursue cases, and the courts that are meant to safeguard fairness. These songs exist because the process itself became a form of punishment. They reflect the reality of being pulled into legal proceedings without lawful basis, being judged on assumptions rather than facts, and being forced to navigate a system that failed to protect my rights. Iudicium is the result of that experience: a record shaped by wrongful accusation, wrongful conviction, and the lasting impact of being treated as a criminal when I was not one. This album is not an attack — it is a statement. A clear account of why I no longer have faith in the institutions that were supposed to uphold justice.
