The smoothest, most-efficient process to produce laminated panels. The Black Bros. Panel Express System is deal for laminating HPL or other sheet products to substrates such as particleboard and MDF. The Panel Express System utilizes a roller press with bank heaters to both open wood pores for deeper adhesive penetration and quickly zap adhesive moisture dry to expedite curing. The finished product can then be machined or shipped shortly after without additional press time.
The system consists of a Over Stack Panel Feeder, 495 Panel Cleaner, 775 Adhesive Spreader, Laminate Indexing Station, Panel Express, and Panel Assist Stacker.
