IWT Stud Welding and Spectrum Design have teamed up to offer a new line of high precision CNC stud welders. This video demonstrates our latest venture together.
This video shows two sets of weld heads mounted to a single gantry. For maximum output, each set of weld heads are working independently of each other. The system can either weld two of the same part or two completely different parts simultaneously . One weld head is a “pick and place” for a “T”-stud while the other two are fully automatic, feeding a 1/4-20 X 1/2 fasteners from a vibratory bowl.
Programming can be done by simply uploading a CSV file or pulling coordinates automatically from a DXF file. For more information contact IWT Stud Welding.
