Jade Body Qigong brings focus to the human spine. By performing movements that stretch, hold still, and relax the spine, circulation of Qi and blood on the back and around the spine is increased. Good circulation boosts the immune system, which, in turn helps the whole body to ward off many diseases, especially cancer. Jade Body Qigong also offers a way to cultivate the heart and nature. Besides sitting meditation, the mind work, the breathing methods, and guiding the qi, the Jade Body practitioner can transcend and be free from all the obsessed ways or rigid forms and work directly on the deepest part in the heart.
