Haven't done this drop down transition into janeiro in forever! Had completely forgotten about it until I came across this beautiful transition to this janeiro split by @pole_celia ....With some extra puppy love thrown in at the end from my four legged training buddy. No live virtual pole classes for me this Saturday but resuming again April 10th and kicking it off with Janeiro Ins & Outs themed class at 9am and we will definitely be touching on this entrance to janeiro and many more!
