This month (January) would have been Jason's 31st birthday, and although he is no longer with us, we didn't want his hard work to go unseen forever, so in memory of him and in celebration of his life we've decided to post his second video workout in it's entirety in five separate parts, advertiser free. We hope it is a tribute to a wonderful young man.
