Tutorial on creating a Javascript Clock with an updating seconds bar and custom images to replace the number texts. The time is matched to whatever time is displayed on the user's computer rather than the actual time of the location the user is at. (Javascript is client sided - in order to sync it with the real time, a php script should be included at the beginning to retrieve the real time give as a starting point for the javascript to then continue on once the page is loaded.)
