Design thinking is a useful tool that can help participants innovate and solve problems. Design thinking allows for understanding the underlying customer’s needs and behaviours and then ultimately building quality customer relationships that lead to sustainable revenue growth.
In this course, you will be introduced to prototyping methods to help stakeholders visualise the solution and get buy-in to the idea or solution. Previously, ideas and solutions were only verbalised or presented in written proposals and reports.
