Aaron (@balancingjew2) and I developed and filmed 3 mini-flows, otherwise known as vignettes in the @acroyogamontreal world, in February 2023 for our Funky Balances & Intriguing Shapes workshop in Montreal. This flow presents a few challenges - the jump to shin to foot, the compression pancake for the flyer to build the intruiging shape, and the delicate actions for the base to create the counterbalance. Try it, tag us, and use a spotter!
