JJ Cale & Jesse Ed Davis

After getting reamed for saying Indian Ed Davis and asked to remove the derogatory Indian (?) from the title. I discovered this story online about the importance and almost unknown fact that Jesse Ed Davis was a "red" man and needs the attention of that fact to others of the same skin color. I've added the link below for you to read. In no way was this a derogatory remark. This was a beautiful full blooded Indian on the rock scene. A man that taught so many great players. I'm sorry that I let the woman go who was so offended. But I think she's completely wrong. I think today Ed Davis would not have been so personally offended, that calling him Indian Ed was no slight on this man in any way. Apparently this Indian in the article below would have lived to have known this.
