Bruce Lee called JKD a science of movement and that means our training should take footwork seriously. In today's video learn one of the most effective ways to train your JKD so that you become both hard to hit AND able to hit. It's critical that we don't play one over against the other, but make sure to utilize JKD's "offensive-defense" scheme. That is, we want to hit and move. And nothing is better than doing the basic "push-shuffle" attack drill.
