I'M BACK!
Inspiration finally came to me when I was cast in the chorus of Sweeney Todd. This has always been my personal favorite song from the show and I started to think of it with Princess Tutu and I thought it would work very well as an AMV. I heard the four leads who sing this rehearse it and I knew I had to bring this to life. While the movie version was fine, this version I think is better in spite of its sparse arrangement. I saw the revival of Sweeney Todd on Broadway about 5 years ago and loved it as much as I ever did. I also find the fellow playing Sweeney, Michael Cerveris, to be a better singer than Johnny Depp. Don't get me wrong, Depp did fine too, but this was something else. So I decided to use the revival version.
