Cross Country Fellowship Bible Study of the Book of John. This session covered John chapter 18 verses 15 through 40. This passage describes Jesus being taken before Annas, Caiaphas, and Pilate. In each situation Jesus was in complete control. Annas and Caiaphas did not want a fair trial. They simply wanted to condemn Jesus to death. Pilate was a politician first and last. He refused to accept Jesus as who Pilate was focused on his power and position rather than the truth.
