1. Jonah (2:1-10), summarizes the Prophet’s recollection of events during his descent to the bottom of the sea before God graciously sent help in the form of a large fish to both rescue & preserve him.
2. In accordance with (Heb. 9:27), judgment follows death, hence the Bible does not teach a chance for repentance after death (which is another indicator Jonah did not die).
