After spending a week in Yogyakarta and bringing in the new year, it was time to move on for the last leg of the trip. We jumped on the 4 hour long train ride to Surabaya. I had never been to this city before and wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't long before I found myself on the train line rocking a piece with the local writers. Over the next week I explored the city, painted plenty of graffiti, drank some cold Bin Tangs and took in all the amazing sights that Indonesia has to offer.
