JSP cookies demo using eclipse
Hello YouTube! I am Durgesh! Today we are going to see implementation of cookies in a JSP application. Let's get started with. What is a cookie? Cookie is small piece of information that resides on the client device. It helps in exchanging information between multiple pages. Cookie is helpful in storing session variables and reduces burden on exchanging same information with server over period of time. Demonstration The basic idea is, we will design a three page application with pages p1, p2 and p3. Page p1 will take user information such as Name and Email ID using the html controls and form tag. This information will be then passed to the page p2. P2 will fetch the parameters and create two cookies named Cname and Cemail and redirect to p3. Finally page p3 will retrieve the cookies Cname and Cemail and display them as shown here. If you liked this video then please like, share, comment and subscribe to my channel for more such videos.
