Key Components & Working Principle Bag Lifting & Suspension: @ The jumbo bag is lifted using a hoist and trolley or a forklift and placed on the unloader frame. @ The bag is suspended to allow easy material flow. Bag Cutting & Discharge: @ The bag's spout is connected to a sealed discharge chute to prevent dust. @ Some systems use an automatic bag-cutting mechanism for bags without spouts. MateriaL Flow Assistance: @ Vibrating platform or massage paddles to promote material flow. @ Dust extraction system to maintain a clean environment. Material Transfer: @ The discharged material is conveyed using a screw conveyor, belt conveyor, or pneumatic system to hoppers, silos, or further processing units.
