Just a Dream

Sup Guys! So it seems like the cowboy bebop lofi clickbait finally happened. I tried to not do it but this style of videos basically created its own world here at youtube. In my defense I actually watched this anime some time ago and it is one of the best ones out there still. The vibes you get from it are endless and it really feels like a fever dream. I had this intro recorded monts ago on my phone and decided to do something with it. The really lofi sound of the plucks really drove me to do something more laid back and I think it might be my best beat yet. I'm really proud of the descending muted guitar during the chorus and the chord progression too! It was really hard to come up with something that worked well. The bassline is also really cool specially in the second verse when the drums go quiet for a sec. It holds the song well but is also melodic which I always love. The bridge is also a really cool change of pace that transitions into a drumbreak (kinda) in the final chorus. Overall even though cowboy bebop is an anime with completely diferent styles of music, I thought it fit the aesthecic quite well here at youtube so I decided to go for it. Like I mentioned the whole experience this anime gives off while watching it feels just like a dream hence the title. The adventures Spike goes threw just to find out if he is actually alive or if he desearves to be... The Soundtrack and all the little details in the scenarios. Faye's bittersweet feeling of finding out about her past only to realize there's nothing there and only the future awaits her. Its a masterpiece and as such desearves my best effort so here it is. The editing is a bit all over the story, but I think you just have to see the anime for yourself to truly apreciate it. Thanks for Watching!!! See you Space Cowboy
