Just start! | Ignition Point Ep. 2
In this episode we dig into the messy early stage of building content—where the format isn’t fixed, the direction is still forming, and even the purpose is something being actively worked out in real time. At the core is a simple shift: from legacy-media thinking (polish first, publish once) to an experimental mindset shaped by YouTube, feedback loops, and audience behavior. This episode is less about answers and more about the process of figuring it out while it’s already live.
