INGREDIENTS:
• ½ CUP – SOFTENED BUTTER
• ½ CUP – POWDERED SUGAR
• ½ TSP – VANILLA ESSENCE
• 1 ¼ CUP – MAIDA
• ¼ CUP – CUSTARD POWDER
• ½ TSP – BAKING POWDER
• A PINCH – SALT
• ½ CUP – TUTTI FRUTTI
METHOD:
• In a bowl, add butter & sugar. Cream the mixture for 5 minutes.
• Add vanilla essence & mix.
• In a bowl, add maida, custard powder, baking powder & salt. Mix.
• Combine dry & wet mixture. Add tutti frutti & knead a soft dough. Add 2-3 tbsp milk if required.
• Shape dough in a cylindrical shape & then give it a rectangular shape. Cover it with cling or foil wrap & chill it in fridge for 45 minutes.
• Cut cookies of 1 inch thickness.
• In a pre-heated oven, bake cookies for 12-15 minutes @ 180 Degree Celsius.
