Keepdisc Zombies: Possession Under Escalating Pressure

Keepdisc Zombies takes the core possession game and adds a single rule that transforms it: turn the disc over and you join the defence. The stall count rises with each new defender, the numbers shift constantly, and players have to adapt on the fly throughout a single long rep. What it trains: - Quick catch-and-release under a rising stall count, with the count tied directly to defensive numbers - Decision quality across wildly different phases — 2 defenders vs 12 attackers through to 2v2 - The "generator" role: one player drives tempo from central space while others spread and recycle - Defensive field value — closing down the highest-percentage passes, not just the nearest player *Setup:* 6–14 players.
