Kenmore 1813 Threading
A Kenmore 1813 sewing machine. I misspoke and called it a 1318, which is a different Kenmore, but not this one. This is a stylish machine with fake wood details and a couple of interesting quirks from 1974/75. It was very dirty when I got it, but it loosened up quickly with a cleaning and oiling. The 1813 shares a thread path with the 1603, 1703, and 1803 but does not have the same bobbin winding clutch. The 1774 also threads similarly and shares the pop-out bobbin winding clutch. I have a discount link for the website EngineDIY that sells the engine models featured in other videos on my channel.
