Although I released each track on its own, they were always conceived under this project name. These tracks were meant to be fragile, dramatic dances of beautiful textures — like fluttering moths and crystalline beetles. While working on this project, I learned to value the lesson of impermanence: that everything changes. From the smallest of beings to the most ancient of stars, everything in this universe is a bubbling, ever-changing interplay of matter and energy. If everything changes, why hold on? Since releasing these tracks though, I’ve struggled to let go. Releasing them one by one never felt like giving the project the proper send-off it deserved. So, years later, I’ve decided to repackage them the way they were always meant to be. Now that these tracks are finally presented with heart, I can truly let go. May these songs from the not-too-distant past bring you a little happiness, for a fleeting moment, before they fade into the sands of time.
