Kettlebell Workout | Moving Target — Extra Crispy
This workout is a variation on the timeless kettlebell classic, the Moving Target complex. Normally done with double kettlebells, we’re modifying this complex for a single bell. You’ll apply the 2, 3, 5 rep scheme to presses, squats, and cleans. You'll also do a few reverse lunges, half-snatches, and hand-to-hand swings to keep things fresh. By the end of this workout, you will have done a total of 32 cleans (16 per side), 32 presses (16 per side), and 32 front squats (16 per side).
