An absolute CLASSIC. This is one way to train Pavel's most famous kettlebell training protocol, Simple & Sinister. If you've never heard of it, read (or listen to) the book. Simplicity and efficacy at its best: 10 minutes of one-arm swings followed by 10 minutes of get-ups. At the end, you will have completed 100 swings and 10 get-ups. Kettlebell selection: It's up to you! Most people will use a heavier bell for one-arm swings and a lighter bell for get-ups, but some people will use the same size bell for both.
