The ISA was trying to save planet Earth and it lead to another disaster. As the few ISA soldiers fought the Helghast they ended up in destroying planet Helghan that lead to many deaths. Planet Vekta was give half for the remaining survivors due to the Terracide that happen in Helghan. There is no peace. The Vektans and Helghast continue to fight over and over.
