Ingredients:
Baked Chicken (shredded, torn, or chopped)
Sour Cream 1.5 c
Pepper Jack Cheese 1 lb
Cream of Chicken 1 family size can
Diced Green Chiles 1 large can
Green Onions 1 bunch
Sliced Olives 1 Can
Tortillas 8-12 large
Equipment:
Cutting Board
Chopping Knife
Mixing Bowl
Cheese Grater
Spatula
Spoon & Fork
Glass Baking Dish
Can Opener
Oven
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl
3. Roll filling in tortillas and stack in baking dish
4. Top with extra cheese
5. Bake for 30 minutes
