This Effects Was Fixed Because I Got The Pitch Wrong. Here Are The Instructions:
Go to Effects to select Color Changer, then scroll down until you see an option that says "Color Offset" then, set to "360", then scroll to "Hue" then, set the hue to "-120".
Or go to Adjustments & set the hue to -120.
Go To The Mixer & Set The Pitch To 2.
