Klasky Csupo Split Effects

Some say they have two sides, but that doesn't compare to how many sides Splaat has. Some of these just so happen to be existing effects too lol. Also, sorry if you're annoyed about some effects being used twice. These use the historically accurate instructions layed out by the new @Klasky Csupo Instructions channel. R.I.P the old one.
