Kneeling Cossack is a great adductor stretch for the hips, and good for initial mobility as it can be used in a dynamic position of a rocking motion. Starting in the frog squat position you will move one leg laterally from the body, then slowly move your hips backwards as you focus on the stretch and respond appropriately depending on dynamic or static functionality.
