Bought this light from http://stores.ebay.de/great-digital for approx. 16 $ incl. s/h. Low cost yet very functional and good quality. Comes with IR remote. No external controller required, controller built into the main light. Just connect to 12V and you're ready to go. Highly recommended if you're a fan of the series and/or like light toys.
Video shows different speeds (~7) and modes (~14). LEDs are quite bright even in daylight.
