In this video, I talk about the basics of converting a pattern that is designed to be knit flat, to a pattern that is knit in-the-round (in a tube).
Note - early in the video I say "pullover cardigan" - I meant to say "pullover", not "cardigan". :)
The four basic points I cover:
1. Think about the structure of the piece - is this modification a good idea?
2. Subtract two stitches for every seam (the first and last stitch of the row).
3. Convert wrong-side rows to right-side rounds.
4. If you need help, schedule a private lesson with the knitting teacher at your local yarn shop.
