Know your property lines BEFORE clearing…

We ordered a survey of our land a few months back and they finally made it out. We were curious about the property line on the southern boundary, we only had the neighbor's approximation... but he was off a bit! We now know exactly where the lines are and we haven't crossed them thus far. We did gain a couple new trees and a few extra feet that we were told wasn't ours. Always get a survey!!
