Knowledge is now Training: A Quick Upfirst update

Upfirst's setup just got cleaner. Knowledge is now called Training, and there's a new section under Settings called Custom Fields. In this short walkthrough, I explain why we made the change, where your old Ask Questions entries went (they were migrated for you), and how Training and Custom Fields work together. If you had questions set up under Ask Questions, they were automatically moved into a Training entry called "Questions to Ask Callers." Nothing was lost.
